Revenue require PAYE customers to upload their pension certificate as part of the online “filing” of their tax return in advance of the tax deadline.
To ensure that you receive your tax certificate from Aon in advance of the filing deadline you will need to submit payment and details below in advance of 31 October.
If you have not received your tax certificate from Aon in time for filing, Revenue have confirmed that the attached “self-certificate” document can be completed and uploaded by the taxpayer to Revenue myAccount as part of the claim.

You will need to include these documents:

  1. Digital photograph, clearly showing your name and photograph of your current Driving Licence OR Passport OR National Identity Card. (Please note ID cannot have expired).
  2. Take a digital photograph, clearly showing your Name, Address, Date Issued and name of Utility Provider/Bank Statement. (These documents cannot be older than 6 months).

After completing the form, you will receive an email with a link to sign it. Once you have signed the form, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
